What happens when a born introvert stands in front of audiences ranging from 400 to 8,000 people? Conventional wisdom states that he will freeze. Yet that did not happen to Sudhir in the last 10-15 years. It indicated that he had plenty of wonderful mentors who transformed him over the years from a recluse to someone comfortable with medium to large audiences.

The learnings over the years were hard and he also saw many people struggling to overcome the barrier between management and leadership. That is when he decided to move from a career in the IT leadership field to become a leadership coach and a growth catalyst!

A Certified Marshall Goldsmith Leadership Coach, he also holds a Life Coaching Certification from CCA (Certified Coaches Alliance) based in Canada. After leaving Cognizant, Sudhir has coached over 300 future leaders through self-inquiry workshops.
